Spaces Magazine wanted to pay homage to Mr. Wright's only San Francisco commission for the occasion of his 150th birthday. Originally home to the V.C. Morris Gift Shop, this landmark near Union Square is known for it's spiral ramp which served as a prototype for the design of the Guggenheim Museum's. The current owner, the Italian fashion brand ISAIA, has added their own flair to the historic building's interior spaces while maintaining much of the original finish.
Portland-based ice cream chain Salt + Straw opened their second San Francisco location in time for Halloween and needed a library of shots to announce their arrival on Hayes Street.
