Two of my best friends from Breckenridge joined me on the classic ski touring route in the Swiss Alps from Verbier to Zermatt. This personal project proved to be an excellent adventure as the weather changed from warm sunshine to sustained winds to a heavy storm that halted our progress on the fourth day as avalanches crashed down onto our path.
